Notice of business measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (as of July 2020)

Kinkai Yusen Co., Ltd. and its group companies Kinkai Yusen Hokkaido Co., Ltd., Kinyu Ship Management Co., Ltd., and Sanyu Co., Ltd. are implementing work from home and other measures to reduce the risk of infection for all employees in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). As of Wednesday, July 1st, we have been operating under the following structure.

  1. Our two offices, the Tokyo Head Office and Tokyo Branch, and our group company Kinyu Ship Management Co., Ltd., have implemented work-from-home shifts and are continuing operations with approximately 50% of the employees in the office.
  2. The Osaka branch has set up shifts and implemented work-from-home arrangements, reducing the number of people in the office and continuing operations.
  3. Other offices (Sendai Sales Office, Hitachinaka Sales Office, Tsuruga Sales Office, Fukuoka Sales Office, Okinawa Office), as well as our group companies Kinkai Yusen Hokkaido Co., Ltd. and Sanyu Co., Ltd., have returned to normal working hours while taking infection prevention measures.
