Notice of business measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (from January 13th)

Kinkai Yusen Co., Ltd. and its group companies Kinkai Yusen Hokkaido Co., Ltd., Kinyu Ship Management Co., Ltd., and Sanyu Co., Ltd. have been implementing measures such as working from home to reduce the risk of infection for all employees in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). However, in response to the state of emergency declared by the government on January 7th and 13th, 2021, we are operating under the following structure.

  1. Our five offices - our head office (Tokyo), Tokyo branch, Osaka branch, Sendai sales office, and Fukuoka sales office - as well as our group company, Kinyu Ship Management Co., Ltd., have set up shifts and are implementing work from home.
  2. Other offices (Hitachinaka Sales Office, Tsuruga Sales Office, Okinawa Office), as well as our group companies Kinkai Yusen Hokkaido Co., Ltd. and Sanyu Co., Ltd., are operating as usual while taking infection prevention measures.
