On Tuesday, April 2nd, a ceremony was held at Hakata Port to celebrate the inauguration of the Tsuruga/Hakata route, sponsored by the Fukuoka City Port and Airport Authority. The ceremony included a welcome speech by Deputy Mayor Mitsuyama, a guest speech by Deputy Director General Inada of the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau, and a speech by NYK President Tajima, and was attended by many related parties.
