A groundbreaking ceremony for ship No. 1203 was held at 9:30am on March 22, 2017 at the Shimoseki Shipyard of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.

The latest ship is scheduled to launch on the Hitachinaga/Tomakomai route, which connects the Kanto region and Hokkaido in March next year.
