■Reason for suspension
Kinkai YusenA critical vulnerability has been disclosed in the software (PHP) used on the websites of
In response, as a precautionary measure to ensure security, we have temporarily suspended the websites until the fix is completed.

■Regarding the presence or absence of damage:
As a result of our investigation into this matter, we have found no evidence of suspicious access or operation, and we
have not confirmed any damage such as unauthorized access or information leakage by a third party.

■ Impact during the suspension period
During the suspension period, the following services were unavailable:
・Access to the website (corporate site, flight information site, recruitment site)
・Posting of flight information on the website and notification via email
・Various forms on the website
Please note that Webbooking was available as usual during the suspension period.

■ What we did:
We updated the software on each website to the corrected version, confirmed that there were no problems with its operation, and then resumed the service.
