Newly established MVV (Mission, Vision, Values)

Our company has established a new MVV (Mission Vision Value).

This MVV was created after receiving a report from the BPR task force "Noroshi2023" (*1) by young members, which started last year, which marks the 100th anniversary of the founding, and was held through meetings with executives and staff at each location.

This MVV, which is expressed in words using concise expressions, will help companies and employees share the direction they want to move forward, and by aligning themselves towards growth for the next 100 years, we aim to contribute to society, attract people, become supported by customers, and evolve into a company that continues to grow sustainably.

(*1) The Business Process Transformation (BPR) Task Force, positioned as a signal for the start of transformation, aiming to reach even greater heights for the next 100 years, and has compiled business transformation measures in various fields: sales/customer service, marting, corporate, and environment/operation, and made recommendations for management.
