Employee training will be held in Kuroshima, Okinawa Prefecture in 2025.

On the 100th anniversary of its founding, Kinkai Yusen has donated its research vessel "AKARI" to the Kuroshima Research Institute, affiliated by the NPO, Japan Sea Turtle Council, as part of its environmental protection activities, and will support its activities. Meanwhile, since 2023, we have been conducting trial training activities on Kuroshima, Okinawa Prefecture on a regular basis since 2023 to help our group employees become aware of the activities of Kuroshima Research Institute and deepen our understanding of environmental conservation activities. This year, 2025, we plan to hold two training sessions at the end of June and the end of October. The previous training members were fortunate to have come across a rare type of sea turtle called hawksbills. What kind of training will this year be?
