Charter of Corporate Behavior

As a logistics leader, our group supports the arteries of the Japanese economy and has established a solid position in the field of cargo transportation, primarily by ship. However, recognizing the importance of this, we have established the following Code of Conduct for each group company in order to further enhance society's trust and gain its respect.

1. Integrity in business activities We will not tolerate any form of corruption, including bribery, and will comply with competition and antitrust laws, engage in fair, transparent, and free competition and fair transactions, and aim to improve our corporate value through long-term, stable growth.
